  13. Ingredients:
  14. 4 c     Fresh blackberries
  15. 1/4 c   Flour
  16. 1 3/4 c Sugar
  17. 1/2 ts  Salt
  18. 1 ts    Cinnamon
  19. x       Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  20. 1 c     Packaged Biscuit Mix
  21. 2 tb    Sugar
  22. 1/2 c   Milk or Water
  23. 1 1/2 ts Sugar

  25. Description:
  26. Butter an 8x8 baking pan.  Mix first 6 ingredients.  Pour into baking
  27. dish. Dot with butter.
  28.  
  29. Mix buscuit mix, 2 tbls. sugar and milk or water.  Pour over fruit mixture.
  30. Top with 1 1/2 tsp. sugar.  Bake at 425 F uncovered for 40 minutes or until
  31. golden brown.
